Eviteu les begudes ensucrades i els sucs.<\/li><li>Per augmentar el contingut de fibra a la seva alimentaci\u00f3:<\/li><li>Substitu\u00efu gradualment els cereals refinats (pa blanc) per integrals com pa integral, pa bru, arr\u00f2s o pasta integral<\/li><li>Preneu llegums almenys 3 vegades per setmana.<\/li><li>Preneu almenys 5 racions d&#039;uns 120-150g entre fruites i verdures cada dia: Fruites fresques crues i amb pell quan sigui possible. Eviteu els sucs<\/li><li>Prengui cada dia 1 raci\u00f3 de fruits secs (25-30 g \u2013 1 grapat amb la m\u00e0 tancada) i\/o llavors (1-2 cullerades), crus o torrats i sense sal. (Nivell Evid\u00e8ncia Cientifica: II; Grau de recomanaci\u00f3: B).<\/li><li>En els pacients amb dilataci\u00f3 col\u00f2nica cal evitar la suplementaci\u00f3 amb fibres.<\/li><li>No hi ha evid\u00e8ncies que les mesures vinculades a la dieta ia l&#039;estil de vida tinguin efecte sobre el restrenyiment en pacients d&#039;edat avan\u00e7ada, mentre que els suplements de fibra i els laxants osm\u00f2tics simples constitueixen habitualment el maneig adequat del restrenyiment en aquests pacients.<\/li><li>No hi ha prou evid\u00e8ncia per recomanar de forma generalitzada l&#039;\u00fas de probi\u00f2tics com a tractament coadjuvant en el restrenyiment funcional.<\/li><\/ul><h3 class=\"text-primary\">Temps estimat de tractament<\/h3><p>La durada del tractament dependr\u00e0 del tipus de restrenyiment. Si \u00e9s agut per un esdeveniment a\u00efllat, el tractament \u00e9s temporal. En canvi, si \u00e9s cr\u00f2nic, el tractament tindr\u00e0 una durada de mesos o fins i tot anys.<\/p><h3 class=\"text-primary\">Indicadors d&#039;avaluaci\u00f3 del consell donat al pacient<\/h3><ul><li>Ritme de deposicions normalitzat; femta escala 3 o 4 de la Bristol Stool Chart amb una freq\u00fc\u00e8ncia defecat\u00f2ria de 3 o m\u00e9s vegades a la setmana.<\/li><li>El seguiment correcte de les modificacions d&#039;estil de vida proposades.<\/li><\/ul><h3 class=\"text-primary\">Aspectes d&#039;atenci\u00f3 especial<\/h3><h5>Prestar especial atenci\u00f3 a:<\/h5><ul><li>Diagn\u00f2stic: restrenyiment cr\u00f2nic simple o secundari com a resultat de malalties endocrinometab\u00f2liques (DM, hipotiro\u00efdisme\u2026), causes neur\u00f2genes (EM, dem\u00e8ncia, anor\u00e8xia nerviosa\u2026), malalties que afecten el m\u00fascul llis intestinal (distr\u00f2fies musculars, miopaties\u2026).<\/li><li>Medicacions d&#039;\u00fas freq\u00fcent que poden afectar la funci\u00f3 col\u00f2nica i causar restrenyiment: Anti\u00e0cids, bismut, anticolin\u00e8rgics, anticonvulsivants, antihipertensius, antipsic\u00f2tics, quelants de les sals biliars, calcioantagonistes, suplements de calci, suplements de ferro i opiacis i.<\/li><li>No hi ha evid\u00e8ncies que l&#039;exercici f\u00edsic sigui \u00fatil en pacients amb restrenyiment cr\u00f2nic. Tot i aix\u00f2, un increment de l&#039;activitat f\u00edsica \u00e9s recomanable at\u00e8s que produeix millora en els s\u00edmptomes associats al restrenyiment (distensi\u00f3 abdominal i meteorisme). (Nivell Evid\u00e8ncia: IV; Grau de recomanaci\u00f3: C).<\/li><li>La relaci\u00f3 entre els h\u00e0bits alimentaris, l&#039;estil de vida i el restrenyiment, especialment en el cas del restrenyiment cr\u00f2nic.<\/li><li>Orienteu el pacient a fer visites regulars al bany i intenteu no reprimir el desig de defecar.<\/li><li>Adequat descans i control del nivell d&#039;estr\u00e8s.<\/li><li>Control de la ingesta de l\u00edquids per facilitar lacci\u00f3 de la fibra.<\/li><li>Durant la fase inicial del tractament diet\u00e8tic, un augment a la fibra diet\u00e8tica pot conduir a un empitjorament dels s\u00edmptomes.<\/li><li>Els agents de c\u00e0rrega nom\u00e9s s&#039;han de fer servir quan sigui necessari per complementar la quantitat de fibra a la dieta.<\/li><\/ul><h3 class=\"text-primary\">Criteris per a la derivaci\u00f3 al dietista-nutricionista.<\/h3><p>En casos de restrenyiment cr\u00f2nic.<\/p><h3 class=\"text-primary\">Refer\u00e8ncies bibliogr\u00e0fiques<\/h3><ul><li>Bharucha AE, Pemberton JH, Locke GR.
