(Grau de recomanaci\u00f3: A).<\/li><li>Els probi\u00f2tics s\u00f3n una ter\u00e0pia \u00fatil per al tractament de la diarrea infecciosa aguda en adults i nens en reduir la durada de la diarrea, la freq\u00fc\u00e8ncia de la femta i el risc de diarrea \u22653 dies.
