Disminu\u00efu o eviteu el te i el caf\u00e8, incl\u00f2s el descafe\u00efnat.<\/li><li>Eviteu els menjars copiosos i aliments rics en greix com embotits, xocolata, salses, precuinats, galetes, mantega, mantega, brioixeria i menjar r\u00e0pid.<\/li><li>Preneu aigua entre menjars i no durant, i si ho fa, que sigui en poca quantitat.<\/li><li>En per\u00edodes d&#039;acidesa i de reflux, eviteu durant uns dies els aliments integrals.<\/li><li>Intenteu identificar els aliments i begudes que us empitjoren o provoquen s\u00edmptomes. Si est\u00e0 al llit, mantingui inclinada la cap\u00e7alera uns 30\u00ba per quedar gaireb\u00e9 assegut i eviti inclinar-se cap endavant.<\/li><li>No fumeu, ja que el tabac augmenta la secreci\u00f3 d&#039;\u00e0cid a l&#039;est\u00f3mac.<\/li><li>Si teniu exc\u00e9s de pes seguiu els consells dels professionals del centre de salut per reduir-lo a poc a poc.<\/li><li>No utilitzeu roba ajustada ni cinturons que puguin pressionar l&#039;abdomen, especialment despr\u00e9s dels \u00e0pats.<\/li><li>Integreu l&#039;activitat f\u00edsica al vostre dia a dia. Per aquest motiu, est\u00e0 indicat el tractament diet\u00e8tic en tots els pacients amb malaltia cl\u00ednicament significativa.<\/p><h3 class=\"text-primary\">Objectiu del consell dieteticonutricional b\u00e0sic dirigit al pacient<\/h3><p>Reduir els s\u00edmptomes associats a l&#039;ERGE (pirosi o cremor, regurgitaci\u00f3 aliment\u00e0ria, dolor tor\u00e0cic\u2026), aix\u00ed com el risc d&#039;esofagitis i de les seves complicacions.<\/p><h3 class=\"text-primary\">Caracter\u00edstiques de la dieta<\/h3><ul><li>Tot i que no hi hagi una dieta espec\u00edfica, es recomana en fase activa de la malaltia, evitar els aliments que modifiquen la pressi\u00f3 de l&#039;esf\u00ednter esof\u00e0gic inferior (EEI) i els que produeixen pirosi amb m\u00e9s freq\u00fc\u00e8ncia, encara que amb un marcat component de toler\u00e0ncia individual.<\/li><li>No es recomana lexclusi\u00f3 sistem\u00e0tica daliments o begudes comunament associats a s\u00edmptomes dERGE, sin\u00f3 que sigui el pacient el que exclogui els aliments que associa als seus s\u00edmptomes.<\/li><li>Aliments i begudes que redueixen la pressi\u00f3 de l&#039;EEI: begudes alcoh\u00f2liques, xocolata, aliments d&#039;alt contingut gras i begudes carbonatades.<\/li><li>Aliments comunament associats a s\u00edmptomes: fruites c\u00edtriques i els sucs, fruites \u00e0cides o immadures, aliments picants, ceba, all, salsa de tom\u00e0quet.<\/li><li>Les begudes amb cafe\u00efna augmenten els s\u00edmptomes d&#039;ERGE.<\/li><li>Es recomana sopar 2-3 hores abans de ficar-se al llit en pacients amb s\u00edmptomes d&#039;ERGE nocturna.<\/li><li>En persones amb augment de pes recent o amb sobrep\u00e8s u obesitat, la p\u00e8rdua de pes redueix els s\u00edmptomes i preveu complicacions addicionals.<\/li><\/ul><h3 class=\"text-primary\">Temps estimat de tractament<\/h3><p>La malaltia per ERGE \u00e9s de llarga durada i el tractament que cal seguir (canvis en l&#039;estil de vida, medicaments o cirurgia) dependr\u00e0 de la gravetat de l&#039;acidesa i altres s\u00edmptomes.<\/p><h3 class=\"text-primary\">Aspectes d&#039;atenci\u00f3 especial<\/h3><ul><li>Con\u00e9ixer els aspectes diet\u00e8tics o estils de vida que poden contribuir o augmentar el risc de patir RGE i els seus s\u00edmptomes.<\/li><li>L&#039;acidesa g\u00e0strica i el reflux gastroesof\u00e0gic es poden produir o empitjorar durant l&#039;embar\u00e0s.<\/li><\/ul><h3 class=\"text-primary\">Criteris per a la derivaci\u00f3 al dietista-nutricionista.<\/h3><p>Derivar un dietista-nutricionista immediatament despr\u00e9s d&#039;establir el diagn\u00f2stic d&#039;ERGE, especialment si els s\u00edmptomes s\u00f3n greus.<\/p><h3 class=\"text-primary\">Refer\u00e8ncies bibliogr\u00e0fiques<\/h3><ul><li>Katz PO, Gerson LB, Vela MP.
