\u201csi m\u00e9s no, millor\u201d.<\/li><li>No hi ha cap ra\u00f3 de salut per beure begudes amb alcohol, ni tan sols per reduir el risc cardiovascular.<\/li><li>Per entendre les recomanacions donades a continuaci\u00f3, heu de saber que una unitat de beguda est\u00e0ndard correspon aproximadament amb 1\/3 de cervesa o sidra (350 ml \u2013 5% d&#039;alcohol), 1 got de vi (150 ml \u2013 12% d&#039;alcohol) o \u00bd copa de beguda destil\u00b7lada tipus rom, brandy, etc. (45 ml \u2013 40% alcohol).<\/li><li>En dones, el consum de risc baix se situa entre 0 i 1 beguda est\u00e0ndard al dia, sense excedir les 6 a la setmana.<\/li><li>En h\u00f2mens, el consum de baix risc se situa entre 0 i 2 begudes est\u00e0ndard al dia, sense excedir les 10 a la setmana.<\/li><li>Incloeu almenys 1-2 dies a la setmana sense prendre begudes alcoh\u00f2liques.<\/li><li>No heu d&#039;animar a beure altres persones que no prenen alcohol.<\/li><li>Les begudes amb alcohol estan prohibides per a la cervesa en canyes petites. Aix\u00ed mateix, incrementa el risc de pancreatitis, hipertensi\u00f3, malaltia mental, pneum\u00f2nia i malalties hep\u00e0tiques.<\/li><li>El consum excessiu d&#039;alcohol, particularment en forma irregular, s&#039;associa amb m\u00e9s risc de malaltia coron\u00e0ria, fibril\u00b7laci\u00f3 auricular i ictus.<\/li><li>Tot i que el consum de baix risc d&#039;alcohol, en el context d&#039;un patr\u00f3 alimentari saludable, s&#039;ha associat amb un risc menor de cardiopatia isqu\u00e8mica, hi ha dubtes raonables sobre la qualitat metodol\u00f2gica dels estudis.<\/li><li>Lalcohol \u00e9s una subst\u00e0ncia addictiva que pot ocasionar depend\u00e8ncia en individus susceptibles.<\/li><li>En nens i adolescents, el consum d&#039;alcohol sempre \u00e9s un risc per a la salut, i en destaquen les conseq\u00fc\u00e8ncies cognitives a llarg termini.<\/li><li>El consum d&#039;alcohol durant l&#039;embar\u00e0s interfereix en el desenvolupament fetal i \u00e9s la principal causa prevenible de trastorns del desenvolupament, avortaments o baix pes en n\u00e9ixer i una \u00e0mplia gamma de discapacitats conegudes com a Espectre Alcoh\u00f2lic Fetal.<\/li><li>Una UBE cont\u00e9 14g dalcohol i correspon aproximadament a 1\/3 de cervesa o sidra (350 ml \u2013 5% dalcohol), 1 got de vi (150 ml \u2013 12% dalcohol), \u00bd copa begudes destil\u00b7lades tipus rom, brandy, etc. (45 ml \u2013 40% alcohol). El 2008, el Ministeri de Sanitat estableix la UBE en 10g amb un l\u00edmit setmanal per al consum de baix de risc de 100g d&#039;alcohol a la setmana per a dones i 140g per a homes.<\/li><\/ul><h3 class=\"text-primary\">Caracter\u00edstiques de les recomanacions:<\/h3><ul><li>No hi ha quantitat m\u00ednima d&#039;alcohol exempta de risc, per aix\u00f2 el consell general ha de ser no prendre alcohol i si es consumeix, transmetre que \u201ccom menys alcohol, millor\u201d.<\/li><li>No hi ha cap ra\u00f3 de salut per la qual s&#039;ha de promoure el consum d&#039;alcohol a la poblaci\u00f3, ni tan sols per reduir el risc de cardiovascular.<\/li><li>El missatge en persones bevedores habituals ha de ser individualitzat per tal de reduir el consum a nivells de baix risc.<\/li><li>Els grups en qu\u00e8 el risc \u00e9s m\u00e0xim s\u00f3n: dones embarassades o que planifiquen estar-ho, polimedicats, nens i adolescents, persones addictes a altres subst\u00e0ncies i treballadors que requereixin una atenci\u00f3 dedicada.<\/li><li>En bevedors habituals, informar sobre el risc que el consum d&#039;alcohol suposa per a la salut, aix\u00ed com quines s\u00f3n les quantitats de baix risc, les unitats de beguda est\u00e0ndard i la seva correspond\u00e8ncia amb les begudes habituals al nostre entorn cultural.<\/li><li>El consum de baix risc s&#039;estableix a 0-1 UBE al dia i no m\u00e9s de 6 per setmana, per a dones, i 0-2 UBE al dia i no m\u00e9s de 10 per setmana, per a homes.<\/li><li>Es recomana que hi hagi algun dia de la setmana sense fer begudes alcoh\u00f2lica.<\/li><li>En cas de consum excessiu dalcohol, recomanar la incorporaci\u00f3 a programes de deshabituaci\u00f3.<\/li><li>En persones que beuen a l&#039;exc\u00e9s, podria estar indicat la suplementaci\u00f3 di\u00e0ria amb 400 micrograms \u00e0cid f\u00f2lic al costat de les recomanacions d&#039;una alimentaci\u00f3 saludable.<\/li><\/ul><h3 class=\"text-primary\">Refer\u00e8ncies bibliogr\u00e0fiques<\/h3><ul><li>Alcohol com a problema de salut.
