{"id":1517,"date":"2021-07-19T12:01:08","date_gmt":"2021-07-19T10:01:08","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/codnib.es\/2021\/07\/19\/opinion-de-los-dietistas-nutricionistas-sobre-el-consumo-de-carnes\/"},"modified":"2021-07-19T12:01:08","modified_gmt":"2021-07-19T10:01:08","slug":"opinion-de-los-dietistas-nutricionistas-sobre-el-consumo-de-carnes","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/codnib.es\/ca\/opinion-de-los-dietistas-nutricionistas-sobre-el-consumo-de-carnes\/","title":{"rendered":"Opini\u00f3 dels Dietistes-Nutricionistes sobre el consum de Carns"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"lazyload_inited  size-full wp-image-1515\" src=\"https:\/\/codnib.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/07\/carnes_opinion.png\" alt=\"carnes opinion\" width=\"161\" height=\"226\" srcset=\"https:\/\/codnib.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/07\/carnes_opinion.png 628w, https:\/\/codnib.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/07\/carnes_opinion-213x300.png 213w, https:\/\/codnib.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/07\/carnes_opinion-370x520.png 370w, https:\/\/codnib.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/07\/carnes_opinion-600x844.png 600w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 161px) 100vw, 161px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>L&#039;Acad\u00e8mia i el Consell, despr\u00e9s d&#039;avaluar l&#039;impacte en salut i mediambiental del consum de carn i considerant la tend\u00e8ncia a l&#039;al\u00e7a en el consum de carns a la poblaci\u00f3 espanyola, creu que <strong>cal continuar aplicant les estrat\u00e8gies de salut p\u00fablica que tinguin com a objectiu fomentar el consum d&#039;aliments frescos i poc processats d&#039;origen vegetal propis de la dieta mediterr\u00e0nia,<\/strong> com les fruites i hortalisses, llegums, cereals de gra sencer i els seus derivats, oli d&#039;oliva i fruits secs i llavors, entre d&#039;altres, i per tant<strong>, limitar el consum d&#039;aliments d&#039;origen animal en general i promoure la reducci\u00f3 del consum de carns en particular, especialment de carns vermelles i processades, promovent en tot moment un patr\u00f3 alimentari saludable i sostenible, i no centrant-se \u00fanicament en un grup d&#039;aliments.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Aix\u00ed mateix, anima les administracions a que actu\u00efn de manera coordinada, en l\u00ednia amb les postures adoptades per organitzacions de refer\u00e8ncia com l&#039;Organitzaci\u00f3 Mundial de la Salut o les Nacions Unides, perqu\u00e8 reforcin les pol\u00edtiques que facilitin l&#039;acc\u00e9s a aliments saludables propis del nostre entorn geogr\u00e0fic, i que es reforcin les accions per produir aliments d&#039;una manera m\u00e9s respectuosa amb el medi ambient. impacte al medi ambient \u00e9s tamb\u00e9 significatiu.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Per acabar, \u00e9s important destacar que, per assegurar patrons d&#039;alimentaci\u00f3 m\u00e9s saludables i sostenibles, que aportin salut a la poblaci\u00f3 i al planeta, cal fer-ho des d&#039;un enfocament integral dels sistemes alimentaris.
