Posa a la teva alimentaci\u00f3 m\u00e9s vegetals i menys animals!<br \/> 2. Comen\u00e7a b\u00e9 el dia prenent un esmorzar complet: lactis baixos a<br \/> greix, pa\/cereals i fruita.<br \/> 3. 5 al dia! Di\u00e0riament almenys 5 racions entre fruites i hortalisses,<br \/> millor de temporada i de producci\u00f3 local.<br \/> 4. Menja cada dia almenys 3 fruites. Un got de suc 100% podria ser una<br \/> d&#039;elles, la resta\u2026fresques!<a href=\"administrator\/index.php?option=com_content&amp;sectionid=4&amp;task=edit&amp;cid[]=199\" class=\"toolbar\" onclick=\"javascript: submitbutton('save')\"> <span class=\"icon-32-save\" title=\"Desa\"> <\/span> <\/a><br \/> 5. Quan surtis amb els teus col\u00b7legues a menjar fora Tria b\u00e9, cada cop \u00e9s<br \/> m\u00e9s f\u00e0cil menjar sa!<br \/> 8. Snacks, refrescos, menjar r\u00e0pid i brioixeria\u2026!amb moderaci\u00f3 i no a<br \/> diari!<br \/> 9. Si tens set beu aigua!, no abusis d&#039;altres begudes.<br \/> 10. Mou-te!
