Judith Liddell, Secretari General, de la Federaci\u00f3 Europea de les Associacions de Dietistes (EFAD) assenyala &quot;que \u00e9s una tend\u00e8ncia preocupant que hem d&#039;abordar com a societat. Un bon esmorzar \u00e9s una part essencial d&#039;una dieta sana i equilibrada.&quot;<br style=\"font-size: 16px; line-height: normal; background-color: rgb(245, 245, 245); \" mce_style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 16px; line-height: normal; background-color: #f5f5f5;\"><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: small; \" mce_style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); \" mce_style=\"color: #000000;\"><b><u><span style=\"font-size: small; \" mce_style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); \" mce_style=\"color: #000000;\">Primer Dia Europeu de l&#039;Esmorzar.<\/span><\/span><\/u><\/b><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: small; \" mce_style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); \" mce_style=\"color: #000000;\">A llarg termini, que el 2020 els pa\u00efsos de la UE incloguin la import\u00e0ncia de l&#039;esmorzar en les pol\u00edtiques de promoci\u00f3 d&#039;alimentaci\u00f3 saludable i monitoritzin el consum diari de l&#039;esmorzar com a indicador de salut.&nbsp;<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: small; \" mce_style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); \" mce_style=\"color: #000000;\">L&#039;esmorzar diari haur\u00e0 de formar part dels consells sobre alimentaci\u00f3 i nutrici\u00f3 al programa escolar ia les iniciatives de salut empreses al lloc de treball.&nbsp;<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: small; \" mce_style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); \" mce_style=\"color: #000000;\">Assegurar que l&#039;Estrat\u00e8gia de Salut 2020 de l&#039;OMS per a la regi\u00f3 europea, i les accions de la UE sobre Desigualtats en Salut, reflecteixin la import\u00e0ncia d&#039;esmorzar en els seus resultats a llarg termini.&nbsp;<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: small; \" mce_style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); \" mce_style=\"color: #000000;\"><br \/><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: small; \" mce_style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); \" mce_style=\"color: #000000;\">Aquesta iniciativa t\u00e9 com a objectius:&nbsp;<br \/><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; \" mce_style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Arial; line-height: normal; text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); line-height: normal; font-size: small; \" mce_style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); \" mce_style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-size: small; \" mce_style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); \" mce_style=\"color: #000000;\">El CODNIB s&#039;uneix a aquesta iniciativa per animar tots els ciutadans de la nostra comunitat a \u201cprendre&#039;s un moment per esmorzar cada dia\u201d.
